Birth Support

Doula • DooLah •

“Doula” comes from an ancient Greek word meaning "a woman who serves". The role of a doula during pregnancy, birth and postpartum is to offer informational, physical, and emotional support to the birthing person as well as the entire family. As a doula my goal is to work alongside your health care team to offer non medical supports to help facilitate an empowering experience.
